Pricing is based on the property and requested scope. You receive a written quote before work begins.
Am I locked into a contract?+
One-time and recurring options are available. Any recurring schedule, change and cancellation terms are provided in writing before booking.
How often am I billed?+
Invoices and payment instructions are provided after the approved work or according to the written project terms. Any deposit, cancellation and refund terms are stated before booking.
Will I be charged extra for taller grass?+
Tall or overgrown grass can require extra cutting and cleanup. We review the property and confirm any scope or price change in writing before work begins.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?+
Wet conditions can require rescheduling to protect the lawn and equipment. We contact affected customers with the next feasible service window.
Do you serve all of Calgary?+
It depends on the service. Landscaping, renovations, cleanups and other project work run Calgary-wide. Recurring mowing serves select neighbourhoods, subject to route availability. Snow removal runs on our preferred south Calgary route. Availability and any travel charges are confirmed before booking.
Do you provide free quotes?+
Quote requests are reviewed before scheduling. Send the service address for lawn or snow work, or send current photos for landscaping and trimming, and we will confirm the scope and price in writing.
How quickly can you start?+
We aim to respond quickly and keep you updated throughout the quoting process. Once your quote is approved, we'll schedule your first visit at the soonest available slot; text 403-988-5756 with your address to get started.
Do you clean up after every job?+
Cleanup and haul-away are included when stated in the written scope. The quote identifies exactly what will be removed and what remains on site.
