What we collect

If you request a quote, the form can collect:

• the services you are interested in;
• your name, property address, phone number and email address;
• job notes and optional photos you choose to provide; and
• whether you opted in to seasonal reminders and offers.

You can request a quote without adding photos. You must provide your first and last name, property address, and either a phone number or email so we can respond.

How we use it

We use quote-request information to understand the work, prepare and follow up on a quote, schedule or provide requested services, and keep related business records.

Quote and service updates may be sent by text or email using the contact method you provide. Seasonal reminders and offers are sent only when you select the separate marketing checkbox.

Website services

Quote requests are sent to EdgeHQ, the customer-management system used by Edge Property Services. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel stay disabled unless you accept their optional categories through Cookie Choices.

Sharing and processing

We disclose information only as reasonably needed to providers that host the site, receive and store quote requests, deliver communications and provide consented analytics or advertising measurement, process a payment you choose to make, support our systems, or provide professional services. Current providers include EdgeHQ, Netlify, Supabase, Google, Meta and Stripe where applicable. We do not sell customer contact lists.

Some providers process information in Canada, the United States and other countries. Information processed outside Canada may be accessible to authorities under the laws of that country. Contact the Privacy Officer for current provider information.

Safeguards and retention

We use access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, provider controls, backups and operating procedures appropriate to the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We keep personal information only while reasonably needed for the quote, service, accounting, dispute, consent and legal purposes described here. Inactive quote information and photos are removed when they are no longer reasonably needed. Transaction, tax, consent and suppression records may be retained for the period required to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

The marketing checkbox is optional. If you opted in to promotional text messages, reply STOP to unsubscribe. You may reject optional analytics and advertising without losing access to the form and may change the choice through Cookie Choices in the footer.

You can ask whether we hold your information and request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity and may keep records permitted or required for operational, accounting, dispute or legal reasons.
